The Pre-installed Applications can only be installed under subfolders under the domain name. This is programmed into the installers, and cannot be changed.
However, you can set the domain to automatically load the application when yourdomain.com is visited by doing the following:
- After enabling your application,
- Go to Web Options for your domain ( or Domains > Domain Info > Web Service ),
- Scroll down to almost the bottom, and turn on Directory Indexes,
- In the box on the next page, enter :
subfolder/index.php index.php index.html
where "subfolder" = the folder where you installed your application. - Submit.
- Click "Changes need to be applied. Apply" when the page reloads.
Wait about 30 minutes, then try accessing http://www.yourdomain.com . It will automatically load http://www.yourdomain.com/subfolder/
